Map this codebase into project memory — a code graph of every symbol and how they connect, plus a written profile of stack, layout, conventions and workflows. Re-run any time to refresh both in place. Use when memory is newly installed on an existing project, or when the project
Set up automation — prospective memory triggers, neuro-symbolic rules, and CLAUDE.md sync. Use when the user says 'remind me when', 'trigger when', 'create a rule', 'auto-remember', 'sync to CLAUDE.md', 'push insights', 'set up trigger', 'when I open this file', 'when this keywor
Run memory maintenance — decay old memories, compress stale content, consolidate episodic memories into semantic knowledge, and run sleep-like replay. Use when the user says 'clean up memories', 'consolidate', 'run maintenance', 'compress old memories', 'memory cleanup', or perio
Debug and fix memory system issues — validate memories, rate quality, manage protection, forget bad memories, and restore from checkpoints. Use when the user says 'fix memory', 'bad memory', 'wrong memory', 'delete this', 'protect this', 'this memory is wrong', 'memory quality',
Explore the memory system's state, find gaps in knowledge, assess coverage, and get diagnostic information. Use when the user asks 'what does my memory look like', 'show me memory stats', 'what am I missing', 'how good is my knowledge', 'memory health', 'show coverage', 'find gap
Import memories from other AI memory systems into Cortex. Supports claude-mem (SQLite), Claude Desktop sessions, ChatGPT web export (JSON), Gemini Takeout (JSON), Cursor conversations, and Claude Code JSONL. Use when the user says 'import from claude-mem', 'migrate memories', 'im
Navigate the knowledge graph — trace entity relationships, explore causal chains, drill into memory clusters, and traverse co-access paths. Use when the user asks 'how are these related', 'what connects X to Y', 'show me the knowledge graph', 'trace the relationship', 'what cause
View and manage your cognitive profile — how you think, work patterns, blind spots, and cross-domain connections. Use when the user says 'show my profile', 'how do I work', 'what are my patterns', 'cognitive style', 'blind spots', 'methodology', or at the start of a session to lo
Search and retrieve memories from Cortex persistent memory. Use when the user asks 'what did we decide about X', 'do you remember', 'what was the fix for', 'find that thing about', 'search memories', 'what do we know about', 'have we seen this before', or when you need context ab
Search and retrieve global memories — knowledge that applies across all projects. Use when the user asks 'what are our coding standards', 'what conventions do we follow', 'what's our infrastructure setup', 'do we have a rule about', 'what applies to all projects', 'shared knowled
Store important decisions, patterns, errors, lessons, and context into Cortex persistent memory. Use when the user says 'remember this', 'save this', 'store this for later', 'note this down', 'don't forget', 'this is important', 'bookmark this', or when a significant decision, bu
Store a global memory that is visible across all projects. Use when the user shares architecture rules, coding conventions, infrastructure facts, security policies, team agreements, or any knowledge that applies beyond a single project. Triggers on 'remember this everywhere', 'th
Bootstrap Cortex for a new project or import existing session history. Use when the user says 'set up Cortex', 'seed this project', 'import my history', 'backfill memories', 'bootstrap memory', 'initialize Cortex for this project', or when starting to use Cortex on an existing co
Author first-class wiki pages (ADRs, specs, file docs, notes) that live alongside Cortex memory. Use when the user says 'this is an ADR', 'document this decision', 'write an ADR', 'add a spec', 'spec this out', 'document this file', 'add a note about', 'link these pages', 'bookma

Vaaya is the payment system for agents: one MCP server that lets your agent call paid APIs pay-per-call with no API keys. Web search, scraping, image and video generation, code sandboxes, browser automation, email, phone calls, lead enrichment, live data. Priced in cents per call
Use the moment a task needs ANY capability you can't do natively — generate or edit images, video, or audio; search, scrape, or crawl the web; parse PDFs or documents; run code in a sandbox or spin up compute; drive a browser; send email or make phone calls; find and enrich leads
Fourteen posts of being wrong in production, compressed to checkboxes
Healthy nodes, a quiet network, 300 restarts in three days, and a latency budget measured in milliseconds
Discovery worked. Ping worked. Every TCP connection timed out, and later the tunnel only worked when someone had a terminal open.
Every VM came back. The cluster did not. Declarative systems converge on config, and the datapath isn't config.
A surprising share of AI-in-the-terminal failures aren't the AI. They're zsh, and a version of bash from 2006.
A Claude Code plugin turns standalone project configuration into a namespaced, installable extension that teams and communities can update as one unit.
None of the safety came from the model. It came from six boring habits.
Skills package instructions and references. Subagents run work in a separate context and return results. They solve different problems and can be composed deliberately.
Six hours in, one step left, everything green, and the incident that didn't happen
CLAUDE.md carries persistent project context. Skills load reusable procedures when relevant. Separating stable facts from task-specific workflows keeps both easier to maintain.
Twenty minutes recovering secrets that never existed, and the one sentence from a human that ended it
An API request routing a model's tool call through an approval gate to a remote MCP server
31 config keys, two audits, and why the first one was wrong in both directions
The official MCP Registry stores standardized server metadata rather than package code. Publishers verify a namespace, describe installation or remote access, and submit immutable versions.
Everyone looks at the Dockerfile. The file that actually leaked the key was the project file.
Remote MCP authorization uses established OAuth standards, but secure integration still requires issuer validation, least-privilege scopes, protected token handling, and server-side enforcement.
"Copy it over and switch the reference" is two steps, and the outage lives in the one nobody checks
stdio fits local processes and prototypes. Streamable HTTP fits hosted services and shared integrations. The right choice follows where the capability runs and who must reach it.
The most important rule wasn't about what I could change. It was about what I was allowed to display.
Tools perform operations, resources expose readable context, and prompts provide reusable templates. Choosing the correct primitive makes an MCP server easier to understand and govern.
/checkpoint
Checkpoint
Periodic multi-reviewer sweep of the whole codebase — surfaces a triaged checkpoint report.
/chore
Chore
Sanctioned lane for non-behavioral work — docs-only edits, dependency bumps, reverts. Type-scaled gates; no TDD demanded of prose.

Conflict
Stop everything and surface a rule conflict — persona vs. docs vs. code. Present both sides and the conflict-hierarchy level; the user resolves. No silent reconciliation.

Feature
Start a feature: brainstorm a spec, get it approved, then drive it test-first through the pipeline. The one entry to implementation.

Read-only 3-metric governance glance — override rate, small-lane rate, sprint low-confidence ratio — each with a trend arrow vs. the prior 20-commit window.
