Most of what LLM Mart lists was written by somebody else. Some of it was submitted by its author; a great deal of it was imported from public repositories, with the source repository named and linked on the listing. Either way, if something here is yours and should not be, we want to hear about it and we will act.

Before you file

If the issue is attribution rather than removal — your work is listed, the listing is fine, but it points at the wrong person — say so and we will correct it. That is usually faster than a formal notice and it is often what the situation actually calls for.

Note also that a public repository carrying an open-source licence generally permits reproduction on terms set by that licence. If your concern is that we have not honoured the licence's conditions, tell us which condition, and we will either comply or remove the listing.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to support@llmmart.ai, or use the contact page. So that we can act without coming back to you for more, include:

  1. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  2. The URL of each listing on LLM Mart you are asking us to remove.
  3. Your name, address and email, and the rights-holder you act for.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act for the rights-holder.
  6. Your signature, electronic or physical.

We act on complete notices promptly, normally by unlisting the content and notifying whoever submitted it, telling them why and who complained.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, or where we are, if you are outside our country; and your signature.

We pass a valid counter-notice to the complainant. Unless they tell us they have started proceedings, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content are suspended. Importing at volume does not change that — a submitter is responsible for what they list, whether they wrote it or fetched it.

Misuse

A takedown notice is a legal statement. Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing carries liability for the resulting costs, and we will treat a pattern of bad-faith notices as abuse of the service under the Terms.
