Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms describe how LLM Mart actually operates, including the commercial arrangements below. They are not legal advice, and they do not account for the consumer or tax law of every country we reach — have a qualified adviser review them for your jurisdiction before payments are switched on.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LLM Mart you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and confirm your email to publish content or sell goods. Some abilities also depend on account standing, which is earned through use rather than granted on request.
3. User-submitted content & licensing
You retain ownership of what you submit. By posting, you grant LLM Mart a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute your contribution within the platform, and to reproduce it in our public API and agent interfaces. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to what you share — including anything you import from a third-party repository.
4. Prohibited use
Do not post unlawful, infringing, malicious, or spam content; do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade moderation, or abuse other members. Automated scraping or bulk submission outside published interfaces is not allowed. Submitting content designed to manipulate the behaviour of someone else's AI agent — instructions hidden in a skill, prompt or file intended to act on a reader rather than inform them — is a breach of these Terms in itself.
5. Screening, moderation & takedown
Submissions are scanned for malware and screened for prompt injection before they are listed, and listings record what vetted them. Screening is not a warranty. It reduces risk; it does not make a submission safe, correct, or fit for your purpose, and you remain responsible for what you run. We may remove, hide, or take down content that violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
6. Selling on LLM Mart
Listing content is free, and free is the default. Only skills may carry a price, and only skills you uploaded: a skill backed by a public GitHub repository is always free, because it is not ours or yours to sell. To set a price you must have a confirmed email address, sufficient account standing, a listing that has passed review, and a completed payment-provider onboarding in your own name.
Prices are set between $2.00 and $100.00 in USD. A listing submitted as free can never become paid — people who found, saved or relied on it did so on that basis. You may change a paid listing's price, and you may make it free permanently.
By setting a price you confirm that you hold the rights to sell the content, that it is yours to license, and that it does not depend on anything you are not entitled to redistribute. You are the seller; LLM Mart provides the marketplace, screening and payment handling.
7. Fees & payouts
LLM Mart takes 20 % of the price of each sale (also stated on the pricing page). The remaining 80 % is credited to your seller balance when the payment settles. Payment-provider charges and any currency conversion are handled by the provider and may reduce what reaches you.
Balances are paid out to the account you connected during onboarding. A refund, chargeback or revocation reverses the credit for that sale. If you were already paid out for it, your balance can go negative; the shortfall nets against later sales, and payouts are held until the balance is no longer negative.
You are responsible for your own taxes, including any registration, reporting and remittance obligations arising from your sales. LLM Mart does not provide tax advice and does not file on your behalf.
8. Buying, access & refunds
Buying a skill grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own or your organisation's purposes. It does not transfer ownership and does not permit you to resell or redistribute it, unless the seller grants those rights in the listing. Access covers the skill's content and its downloadable bundle, including through our API and agent interfaces when you authenticate as the buyer.
Access lasts while your purchase stands. It ends if the purchase is refunded, if you dispute the charge with your bank, or if we revoke it — which we may do without a refund where a purchase or the content behind it breaches these Terms. Where a purchase is refunded, access is withdrawn at the same time. Disputing a charge withdraws access immediately, because the funds have already been recalled.
Digital content is made available to you immediately, so we do not offer routine change-of-mind refunds. If a skill is not as described, does not work, or was taken down shortly after you bought it, ask us through the contact page and we will look at it. Sellers do not process refunds themselves; we do, so that the money, the seller's credit and your access always move together.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory right to cancel or to a remedy for faulty digital content.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that a listing stays available. A seller may unlist their work and we may remove content under section 5. Where that happens after you have bought something, contact us — but plan on keeping your own copy of anything you rely on.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLM Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or of any content or third-party links it surfaces. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions? See the contact page.
