Icuvisor allows users to talk to their intervals.icu training data from AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client. It can run locally or via a hosted HTTPS connector depending on the client's needs. Local mode uses a single signed binary for macOS, Windows, and Linux without requiring Python, Docker, or a hosted account.
In local mode, the user's intervals.icu API key remains on their computer and tool calls are not relayed through an icuvisor server. Answers from icuvisor are kept short and clear, with units such as watts, pace, sleep score, and training load spelled out.
