Users can query jobs, review candidates, view AI interview results, and manage the hiring pipeline from within a chat interface. A Humanlike account belonging to a hiring workspace is required to use the MCP server.
Permissions vary by role: any role can read, while Owners, admins, recruiters and HR can make changes. The server supports multiple MCP clients including Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code. Tools include getting a candidate's full profile with scores and AI interview results.
Adding or moving a candidate triggers job automations that can email or call the candidate. The service does not use user data to train models.
