AltoRank ships an MCP server with 26 tools, a REST API underneath it, and a CLI over the same routes. The readiness tooling makes client sites readable by agents; this makes AltoRank itself drivable by one. There is no publish tool in AltoRank on purpose; an agent can research, audit, propose schema, plan keywords, start drafts and tidy them.
AltoRank is open-source and can be self-hosted by cloning the repository. Users can add a domain and have the first draft written immediately.
