CCC puts every session, every engine, however you launched it, on one local board, and tells you which one needs you. The tool reads each engine's on-disk state as truth, so it sees sessions it never spawned. It supports multiple engines, with Claude Code as first-class and seven others with documented gaps.
The needs-attention lane flags sessions ending on a real question, with desktop notifications on macOS. It offers a project tree to group sessions under nestable named objects. It allows typing into any session from the browser, with dormant ones auto-resuming to receive the input.
It installs two hooks into ~/.claude/settings.json so every Claude Code session writes the sidecar state CCC reads.
