Total Agent Memory provides persistent memory for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, and any MCP client. It is local-first and does not use an LLM in the default recall path. Since version 14.0, it supports personal, team, and shared memory on a single server.
It achieves a retrieval recall of 0.607 R@5 on LoCoMo and 0.448 on BEAM at the 1M-token scale, as measured on version 13.x. The software works with every coding agent the user already uses, with 9 IDEs supported out of the box. It requires no registration, collects no telemetry, and is MIT licensed.
