Riffpad allows users to watch, approve, and steer AI coding agents from their phone. Riffpad bridges multiple CLI agents including Claude Code and Codex to the user's phone. The product uses end-to-end encryption with X25519 key exchange and AES-256-GCM.

Riffpad is local-first: code, repositories, and API keys never leave the user's computer. The relay at api.riffpad.ai only forwards encrypted data and retains no message history. The phone client is read-only by default, and all actions are explicit.
