ZenBrain is the open-source memory core behind ZenAI — our AI operating system with over 12,000 tests (as of August 2026) and 7 cognitive pillars. ZenBrain comprises 15 neuroscience-grounded mechanisms: 9 foundational algorithms and 6 Predictive Memory Architecture (PMA) components. The MemoryCoordinator orchestrates all 7 memory layers, from Working Memory to Sleep Consolidation, with auto-routing, cross-layer recall, and consolidation.
The @zensation/algorithms package is zero-dependency and can be used standalone without the MemoryCoordinator. ZenBrain is open source under the Apache 2.0 license and welcomes contributions without a CLA.
