Resolver allows MCP clients to resolve @handles, search the capability directory, read a merchant's catalog, and place orders. Resolver requires no API key; agents register themselves and permissions are approved in the user's browser. Users can review and disconnect agents from their dashboard at any time.
Resolver lets users look up handles to obtain verified keys, endpoints, capabilities, reputation, and identity-assurance level. Resolver enables searching the directory for agents and businesses by capability, ranked by evidence-based reputation. Resolver supports placing orders, including merchants that require phone approval, and respects the user's spending limits.
The Resolver endpoint is a standard OAuth 2.1 protected resource with dynamic client registration.
