It provides a single REST API for demographics, market indicators, risk scores, AVM and ranking, backed by over 25 years of Australian transactions and census data. The API offers national coverage of every Australian suburb and every residential property. Every endpoint is also exposed as a native tool over the Model Context Protocol, allowing Claude, Cursor, and other agents to call Microburbs data directly.
The sandbox key unlocks one sample suburb and one sample property in every state and territory. It features production reliability with atomic prepaid reservations, predictable rate limits, request IDs, and standard HTTP status codes.
