Every order and payment is shown as a preview before anything happens. Spending stops at $500 per order and $1,000 per day unless you ask for other limits. The assistant can get a quote, upload documents, place and pay for certified translation orders from AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code.
Payment is made with the account's own prepaid balance, saved primary card, or team's billing terms. For teams, an owner or admin connects first; then any member can connect their own. An order placed by an assistant is a normal eVerbary order with the same price, same team discount, same invoice, and same certified translation.
