Prognyx Oncology Intelligence lets users ask an AI tool which clinical trials sit next to a therapeutic asset, using ClinicalTrials.gov data. Users can query the server in plain language, and the compare_trials tool returns up to three interventional studies side by side with sponsor, phase, status, arms, outcomes, and last update. The server integrates with AI clients such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf via a remote MCP connector.

Every study result includes a link to its ClinicalTrials.gov record for direct verification.
