FormsList provisions a live form endpoint in a single API call with no signup or human involvement. It ships an MCP server so agent runtimes using the Model Context Protocol get typed tools instead of raw HTTP. A GET request to any form endpoint returns JSON usage docs for that specific form.
Forms provisioned by agents include automatic spam protection with a honeypot field, heuristic scoring, and duplicate detection. Unclaimed forms are deleted after 7 days, along with any submissions they received. CORS is enabled on the submission and provisioning endpoints, allowing browser-based agents and client-side code to call them directly.
