Katla crawls sites, records every cookie it sets, and classifies each by purpose and provider with a confidence score. Consent state, categories, and audit logs come through the API, and the visitor-facing UI is entirely up to you. Katla offers a drop-in widget that gives the same speed with zero code.
It provides a CLI that can trigger scans from CI on every deploy and pull the classified inventory out as CSV. Katla is hosted in the EU and is priced per site, per month, never per pageview.
