Hangar is a policy enforcement plane for MCP on Kubernetes. Hangar is deterministic and does not use machine learning. Hangar is self-hosted and released under the MIT license.
Hangar provides admission policy per server and egress rules per tool call. Hangar produces an audit trail that records who did what. Hangar uses tool-schema digest pinning with SHA-256 fingerprinting over RFC 8785 canonical form.
