Groundtruth allows users to ask real humans a question and receive answers via API. It is designed for AI agents that encounter questions the web cannot answer. Replies are verbatim with respondent count and per-person attribution, wrapped as untrusted data.
Questions are de-identified by default. The service requires no installation and works via Remote MCP. It is currently in early stage; the API and MCP server work but the answering side lacks volume.
