EasyKanban provides a hosted kanban MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, and other clients supporting remote MCP. The server connects to a user's account to read boards, review to-dos, and manage cards while respecting existing permissions. Every account can connect an AI, read boards without limit, and make up to 50 changes each month.
The Pro plan at €6 per month removes the monthly write cap on tools like create, update, move, archive, and delete cards. Setup is achieved by pasting the URL into the client's connector settings and authorising via a browser click. Authorization uses OAuth with the user's EasyKanban account, so no API keys or passwords are shared with the AI.
For headless or non-OAuth clients, a personal access token can be used instead of the browser-based OAuth flow. The AI sees exactly the same data as the user, with database permissions enforcing board access and team roles.
