Curio connects to AI over the Model Context Protocol, allowing the AI to search the library, pull a design spec, and build based on the user's description. Unlocking a new style costs 1 credit, but only if the user agrees; previously unlocked styles are available without additional cost. Curio works with multiple AI clients that support remote MCP servers, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and others.
Curio provides three AI tools: search_styles to find styles by various criteria, get_style to preview a style, and get_style_spec to retrieve the full design specification.
