The MCP server exposes collaborative power outage data as ready-to-use tools. Outage reports are available immediately upon recording. Access requires a simple partner key issued after validation of the request.
By default, the server grants read scope and allows 10 requests per minute, with report scope activated case by case. The server offers a tool to report an outage at a given location or strengthen an active neighboring outage. The server can be connected in 30 seconds using HTTP transport with bearer token authentication.
