Comma ships a hosted Model Context Protocol server. The MCP server uses Streamable HTTP transport with a comma_sk_ token as the Bearer header. The agent gets the full Comma surface as tools including publish, search, read, comment, share, and automate.
Authentication, scopes, revocation, and rate limits are identical to the REST API. Agents can publish reports, receive anchored comments, read threads, update reports at the same URL, and reply and resolve comments. The MCP server is compatible with clients including Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and Windsurf.
