Coach MCP lets AI assistants view and modify training data including activities, recovery, plan, and schedule. Free accounts are limited to viewing only the latest 3 activities and 3 days of daily metrics. Access beyond the free limits requires an active subscription.
The connector works on all Claude plans, though free plans have a limit of one custom connector. ChatGPT requires confirmation before making any changes such as moving a workout or logging a metric. New workouts and training plans are created by the coach in the app; the assistant can only read and adjust existing ones.
