After requesting an intro, Clera contacts the candidate, speaks with them, and returns feedback in the chat thread. Clera MCP provides read-only tools that execute immediately, while write operations require user approval first. Clera MCP is free for early-access companies during beta, with a 15% success fee on each hire's first-year base salary.
