Cindy is an open-source AI agent that works out of the box. She brings multiple harnesses, models and tools into one agent that finishes real work in your projects and apps. Cindy supports Claude Code, Codex and Pi, with more harnesses on the way and a Cindy-native harness brewing.
Users can switch between harnesses mid-task while workspace, memory, skills and tools stay continuous. The software is free; users can bring their own API key or authorize an existing plan to use every capability. Files and code stay on the user's computer by default.
The client uses the Apache-2.0 license. Admins can choose models, daily credit limits and fast mode for team control.
