Start or Find the Build</h3>\n<p>Either start the build yourself or find the terminal running it:</p>\n<pre><code>head -n 10 &lt;terminals_folder&gt;/*.txt\n</code></pre>\n<p>Look for commands like <code>npm run build</code>, <code>pnpm build</code>, <code>turbo build</code>, <code>docker build</code>, <code>tsc</code>, <code>vite build</code>.</p>\n<h3>2. Poll for Output</h3>\n<p>Read the terminal file periodically. Look for:</p>\n<p><strong>Errors (fix immediately):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><code>ERROR</code> / <code>Error:</code> / <code>error TS</code></li>\n<li><code>Module not found</code> / <code>Cannot find module</code></li>\n<li><code>SyntaxError</code> / <code>TypeError</code></li>\n<li><code>Failed to compile</code></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Warnings (collect for summary):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><code>WARNING</code> / <code>Warning:</code> / <code>warn</code></li>\n<li><code>Deprecation</code> / <code>deprecated</code></li>\n<li>Unused imports/variables</li>\n<li>Large bundle size warnings (<code>asset size limit</code>)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Progress indicators:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Webpack: <code>[XX%]</code>, <code>modules</code>, <code>chunks</code></li>\n<li>Turbo: task completion logs</li>\n<li>Docker: <code>Step X/Y</code></li>\n<li>TypeScript: file count</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>3. Fix Errors in Flight</h3>\n<p>When an error appears:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Extract the file path and line number from the error</li>\n<li>Read and fix the source file</li>\n<li>If the build supports watch mode, it will re-trigger automatically</li>\n<li>If not, note the fix and let the build continue — it may reveal more errors</li>\n</ol>\n<h3>4.
