When the generated Amp plugin is installed, use the <code>phx: edit lock</code>\npalette command for a persistent workspace lock enforced at Amp's <code>tool.call</code>\nboundary. It blocks Amp-recognized edits outside the selected scope and disables\nshell tools while active.
