Stop and report a blocker when the project cannot\ncompile or its test command cannot start.</li>\n<li>Complete five tracks: architecture, performance, security, tests, and\ndependencies. Native generic workers may run independent tracks in parallel\nwhen the runtime provides them; otherwise run every track sequentially in\nthis session. Never require named custom agents.</li>\n<li>Write one evidence-focused report per track under <code>.claude/audit/reports/</code>.\nReport issues only, cite paths and lines, and use one summary line for a\nclean area.</li>\n<li>After all selected reports exist, deduplicate findings, identify\ncross-category correlations, calculate scores using\n<code>references/scoring-methodology.md</code>, and write\n<code>.claude/audit/summaries/project-health-{date}.md</code>.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>If two or more optional workers fail or hit limits, finish the missing tracks\nsequentially. Never present an incomplete track as audited.</p>\n<h2>Output Format</h2>\n<p>Report an executive health score, per-category scores for Architecture,\nPerformance, Security, Tests, and Dependencies, critical issues, top\nrecommendations, and an Immediate/Short-term/Long-term action plan.</p>\n<h2>Quick Mode (<code>--quick</code>)</h2>\n<p>Only run essential checks (~2-3 minutes):</p>\n<p>Run <code>mix compile --warnings-as-errors</code>, then <code>mix hex.audit &amp;&amp; mix deps.audit</code>,\nthen <code>mix xref graph --format stats</code>, then <code>mix test --trace 2&gt;&amp;1 | tail -20</code>.</p>\n<p>Skip: Full security scan, N+1 analysis, test quality metrics, architecture deep dive.</p>\n<h2>Focus Mode (<code>--focus=area</code>)</h2>\n<p>Run only the selected concern track with its deeper checks:</p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Focus</th>\n<th>Extra checks</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><code>security</code></td>\n<td>Full OWASP review, Sobelow, manual authorization patterns</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>performance</code></td>\n<td>Query plans, N+1 inventory, profiling evidence</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>architecture</code></td>\n<td>Full xref graph, coupling matrix, cohesion</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>tests</code></td>\n<td>Coverage by context, isolation, flaky-test indicators</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>deps</code></td>\n<td>Vulnerabilities, licenses, maintenance status</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<h2>Incremental Mode (<code>--since &lt;commit&gt;</code>)</h2>\n<p>Analyze only changes since a specific commit.
