If the CLI is\nunavailable or fails, report the memo source unavailable; never scan the\nmemo directory directly.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Present the memos as a clean list:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date, title, duration, device (if from iPhone)</li>\n<li>Ask: \"Want to dig into any of these?\"</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><p>If the user picks one, run <code>minutes get \"&lt;exact path&gt;\" --json</code>, require exit\nstatus 0, and present only the returned transcript/summary. Never reopen the\nlist path through the host filesystem.</p>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<h2>Ghost Context</h2>\n<p>These memos were captured on the user's phone (or Mac) and automatically\ntranscribed by the Minutes watcher.
