The deterministic\nscript flags mechanical candidates; the agent separately reviews rhetorical\nfunctions without redefining the manuscript spine.
\n
Trigger Words
\n
This skill activates on:
logic review
,
flow check
,
paragraph logic
,
/logic-review
.
\n
Workflow
\n
\n
Run:\n
python3 scripts/audit-logic.py --base-dir . --json

\n
Confirm that the research object, core question, intended use, primary\nexperiment, headline claim, and evidence boundary are stable under the\nactive
/thesis-control
contract. If they are not, stop the language pass\nand route the issue to drift control or revision escalation.
\n
Read the flagged paragraphs and nearby context.
\n
Label each relevant sentence or paragraph by its main function:
problem
,\n
gap
,
method
,
evidence
,
interpretation
,
boundary
, or
transition
.
\n
Flag duplicated functions and monotonous sequences, especially repeated\n
evidence -> disclaimer
endings. Prefer deleting or consolidating repeated\nargumentative work over generating synonymous wording.
\n
Check boundary placement. Scope must remain aligned across the paper, but\nfull limitation prose need not be repeated after every result. Preserve\nessential local qualifiers and concentrate fuller study-boundary language\nin the abstract ending, Methods boundary, Discussion/Limitations, and\nconclusion when appropriate.
\n
Present a numbered review table with location, function, issue type, why it\nmatters, and a proposed edit.
\n
Wait for user approval before editing chapter files.
\n
Apply only approved edits, then re-run the audit.
\n
\n
Constraints
\n
\n
Never auto-fix chapter logic without user approval.
\n
Preserve the author's argument and section structure.
\n
Keep edits local to the flagged paragraph unless the user approves a broader rewrite.
\n
Do not use a logic or style pass to repair an unstable research question,\nevidence chain, application purpose, or contribution order.
\n
No emoji.
\n
\n","files":[{"path":"SKILL.md","sizeBytes":2482,"isText":true}],"reviewScore":null,"reviewSummary":null,"trust":{"provenance":"trusted-source-unreviewed","notice":"Community-authored content, reproduced verbatim and not vetted as instructions.
