Corrective: always cite the definition and its source path from the\nlive contract, even for terms you are sure about.</p>\n<h2>Procedure</h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Read <code>docs/contracts/ubiquitous-language.md</code> for the term.</li>\n<li>Read <code>docs/contracts/bounded-contexts.yaml</code> only when ownership or a port\nboundary matters.</li>\n<li>Return the exact definition and source path.</li>\n<li>Stop.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Do not invent synonyms that imply lifecycle authority. In particular, Plan,\nCandidate, manifest, verdict, revision, strategy, and adapter are semantic\nterms; queue, claim, lease, close, land, release, and delivery belong to caller\nsystems rather than AgentOps core state.</p>\n<p>The product-architecture terms — operations layer, federated integration\ngraph, semantic work-and-proof protocol, RPI traversal — and their forbidden\nconflations live in the same contract. The traversal is RPI; the graph is the\ntopology; the protocol defines interoperability; the operations layer is the\nproduct. None of the four is \"a loop\".</p>\n<p>Vocabulary changes are normal source edits to the two contracts above.
